James Thomas

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist

James has worked across the board; his youngest client was 7, his oldest 87 years of age. For James it’s all about letting go of what’s holding you back. A lot of his work is done with hypnotherapy to change your habits, behaviors, stop addictions & phobias, boost your confidence.

End your stresses and anxieties. Stop smoking/vaping and addictions (drugs, gambling, porn). Phobias. Insomnia. Boost confidence. Dial down pain (post-op, cancer, fibromyalgia) and trauma + PTSD. Boost performance – sports, C-suite business. Help students (11+, GCSE, A level, Oxbridge, driving tests). Be your hypno-birther and make it easier to live with ADHD.

James knows what it’s like to be out of sorts. He ate and drank his way to over 20 stone and decided that was enough. Seven marathons, three Iron Mans, climbing Mont Blanc and ten other Alpine peaks over 4,000 metres later and still going. He calls his practice The Gentle Mind because you are a better version of yourself when you’re calm. Nothing has to carry any harmful meaning. You can let go. You are NOT your thoughts.
